Weaving ancient healing modalities like Yin yoga, Alexander technique, Reiki, Taoist meditation, Shamanic Drum bath and nourishing food. Allow the power of non-doing to work its magic as you slow down and embrace the stillness, finding your inner compass along the way. We will ignite our inner light and cultivate the warmth of the heart.

There is an option for a non refundable deposit of 50% taken at time of booking to secures your place.
